The Virtual Karting Federation is the brainchild of Bryce Stevens, owner of North America's largest online karting league NASKC. Founded in 2020, VKF was created to bring multiple leagues together and to help streamline rules, driver conduct, and mod content distribution. The first addition to VKF after the North American Sim Karting Championship was it's European counterpart, The European Sim Karting Championship. Spearheaded by Alessandro De Tulio and Co-owned by Stevens, the series saw major success on the OKJ platform starting from 2021. VKF's largest acquisition came later that year along with the addition of a 2nd VKF president, Daniel Fellows. This brought the famous KT100 Academy series in as a part of VKF. VKF has recently made it's comeback after a year away from competition. With the addition of Jake Richardson as the 3rd VKF president and the acquisition of the new RJD Karting Championship, VKF is set for a large return with 3 new race series.
